Suraj Kumar Sahu, an artist from Odisha, holds an MFA from MSU Baroda and has been awarded the Chinmoy Pramanik Award (MSU) 2023. He draws inspiration from traditional craftsmen, woodworkers, and fellow artists. Working with mediums like stone, wood, and terracotta, he aims to preserve and evolve cultural and heritage forms. Passionate about Indian art and culture, Sahu envisions exploring new materials and media to contribute to the continuation of artistic traditions.
